The GRT is a charity named after Graeme Robertson, the legendary creative director. Robertson developed his skills and reputation at the Brann agency in the 1970s, at a time when creativity or brand work were not the staple of the average agency. But with Graeme’s visionary talent, Brann became one of the leading practitioners in marketing. He also became famous for employing people who weren’t trained in advertising, believing that direct marketing needed new thinkers (his own career started in textile design!).
It’s in his name that the GRT acts as a launch pad for creative careers. Together, we work to ensure that any young person who wishes to enter the creative advertising and marketing industry has the right skills, support and opportunities in order to thrive. The GRT is made up of senior creatives and marketers who all share a passion to help young creatives break into the industry.
