Evolving the customer journey survey – call for responses

The DMA is launching the new 'Evolving the customer journey: Omni-channel, digitalisation and technology trends' survey, in association with
Williams Lea Tag (WLT).

In it, we ask about your organisation, its digitalisation strategy, customer communications, and the 'single customer view'.

Complete the survey to let us know your answers to the following questions:

  • How has your organisation changed to become more digital?
  • How does your organisation communicate with its customers?
  • Which channels do you use?
  • How have new technologies and services helped you?
  • How has GDPR affected all this?
