Matt is our Group Insight, CRM and Analytics Director, responsible for driving profitable audience growth across the Global portfolio of music and entertainment brands. Driving customer insight and value optimisation to the heart of the organisation has been the central thread throughout 16 years working at some of the world’s leading media, entertainment and telco businesses. 

After leaving an insight and strategy role with the Walt Disney Company, Matt worked at TalkTalk and Sky, utilising predictive analytics to generate customer base growth and value, before joining Global Media in 2013 to apply these data-driven decision-making principles to the radio industry. Global Media now reach over 30m people in the UK each week, with our strong digital audience growth enabling us to deliver highly targeted audio, video and DM comms, ultimately driving tangible ROI benefits for clients and their brands.
